At Advanced Dialysis Center, our approach is multidisciplinary, but our mission is singular---to improve the health and well being of the dialysis patients at Genesis Elder Care Nursing Home. ADC successfully collaborates with Genesis Elder Care to provide on-site services to a particularly vulnerable patient population requiring chronic hemodialysis treatment. Our delivery model encompasses all aspects of patient care, including: innovative dialysis treatments; patient and family education and counseling; and on-site social worker and dietician services. With our partners, we function as a team to coordinate and manage successful dialysis services that result in superior patient outcomes. Our experience is broad, ranging from expertise in technological and clinical advancements to demonstrated competency in treating patients with mutiple co-morbid conditions. We also place high standards on ethics and conduct, which are effectively integrated into our daily operations.
