Advanced Dialysis Center was founded by three healthcare professionals with over 60 years of combined experience. Our mission is to provide safe and effective dialysis treatments to the most vulnerable population. Our vision is one of holistic care through multidisciplinary and family involvement.
Zarita Pearson, RN, MSN, CNN, CNAA-BC, Chief Financial Officer, has diverse experience in the field of nephrology. She has a Master’s Degree in nursing administration, has worked as a transplant coordinator, and has managed acute and chronic dialysis units of various sizes. Ms. Pearson is adept in budget preparation and regulatory compliance.
Juan Canlas, BSCE, Chief Operations Officer, has extensive background in all technical aspects of hemodialysis. He is founder and owner of three dialysis units – two in nursing home facilities and one free-standing chronic unit, which he designed and constructed. He is an expert on water treatment, supply management, and machine maintenance.
Terri Jenkins, BS, RN, Chief Executive Officer, brings years of nephrology nursing experience to the company. She is the founder and owner of a supplemental staffing agency that specializes in providing staff to chronic and acute hemodialysis units. Ms. Jenkins has clinical and management expertise.
