Mission
Our mission statement is an accurate identification of who we are and why we exist. Simply stated, the mission of ADC is to continually enhance our patient-focused care to optimize dialysis treatments, utilize state-of-the-art technology and equipment and foster a culture that values teamwork and rewards exceptional performance.
Goal
Our goal is to provide safe and effective dialysis treatments to the most vulnerable population. This is a passion of which we will never lose sight, as we continually seek to improve the quality of care and life for patients suffering with chronic kidney disease.
Vision
The vision of ADC is to be the pre-eminent provider of holistic care through multidisciplinary and family involvement. ADC will live out its mission, accomplish its goal, and achieve its vision guided by integrity, respect and excellence. |
